These Billing and Subscription Terms ("Terms") apply to all users of the Tractor GPS app ("App"). By subscribing to the App, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Subscription Plans

The App offers the following subscription plans:

• Annual Plan: $39.99 per year for access to all premium features.

Free Trial

New subscribers are eligible for a 3-day free trial of the Annual Plan. You will not be charged during the trial period.

• On the second day of the trial, you will receive a notification reminding you that your free trial will end, and your Apple ID account will be charged $39.99 for the Annual Plan on the third day unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Payment

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase or at the end of the free trial period if not canceled.

• Annual Plan: Billed annually at $39.99 on the same day each year.

Renewal and Cancellation

• Auto-Renewal: The Annual Plan will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you turn off auto-renewal in your account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the App until the end of your current subscription period. No refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the subscription.
• Trial Cancellation: If you cancel during the 3-day free trial period, you will not be charged.

Changes to Subscription Plans

We reserve the right to modify the subscription plan, including the price and benefits, at any time. Changes to the subscription plan will be communicated to you in advance. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Refund Policy

In the case of any billing issues, please contact Apple Support directly as all payments are processed through Apple.
